Steve Paulson is a marketing and communications professional who focuses on building marketing solutions that help businesses exploit opportunities, develop new products and better reach their customers.

As CDG’s project manager, Steve Paulson ensures that all work runs smoothly and on time. His value to clients is often described as bringing clarity and focus to customer brand positioning and messaging.

His 25-year career combines expertise in brand and product management, as well as new product development. He started his career on the advertising agency side of the business with experience in marketing positioning and communications strategies. Through his career he has directed multiple new product introductions as well as line extensions that built upon existing brand equity. Steve has worked in a broad range of product categories from water treatment to coatings, business magazines to plumbing fixtures.

Prior to Crossroads Development Group, he held key marketing positions at PPG Industries in Pittsburgh, and Campbell-Mithun Advertising in Minneapolis. He is a graduate of the School of Journalism and Mass Communications at the University of Minnesota and lives in Franklin Park, PA.
